Power Cable Assembly Tweaks
We have many years of experience assembling cables. We know all the tricks and have all the tools required to quickly and optimally do the cable assembly. Here are a few of the power cable assembly tweaks which ensure optimal performance.
- Cryogenic treatment of wire and connectors, either by the manufacturer (in the case of Furutech connectors), or at our local cryogenic facility.
- Meticulous cable pre-treatment using CAIG DeoxIT Gold anti oxidation treatment and Furutech Nano Liquid contact enhancer.
- Treatment of exposed connector contacts with DeoxIT Gold.
- Application of Stillpoints ERS for shielding and enhanced noise reduction.
- Use of Carbon Fiber (in Statement and Signature models) for vibration and resonance control.
- Quantum Purification filtering (in Signature model) to reduce quantum noise.
